CC is a former Division I coach who developed future NBA players and spent two seasons at the University of Memphis under John Calipari. My coaching career spans high school, JUCO, DI and DIII programs, with a focus on player development, film study, and teaching the game the right way.

My Story
A lifelong basketball coach and educator with experience across every level of the game—from high school gyms in Eau Claire to Division I programs under legendary coaches. Over the years I’ve coached at the University of Memphis, Stephen F. Austin, UW–Stout, UW–Eau Claire, and UW–Barron County, taking on everything from player development and scouting to film analysis, recruiting, and academic support.
My career has always centered on teaching. Whether I’m breaking down film, designing practice plans, or helping athletes build confidence and discipline, I’m driven by the same goal: developing players through clear communication, strong fundamentals, and a genuine love for the game.
I’ve coached in nationally recognized camps—including Michael Jordan’s, Clem Haskins’, Dick Bennett’s, and John MacLeod’s—and I’ve led youth leagues, summer programs, and skill‑development sessions for athletes of all ages. Coaching isn’t just something I do; it’s something I’ve built my life around.
